How Do We Respect your Privacy?

Our Privacy Policy is very simple.....
We don't sell, rent, loan, give, lease or in any way share your e-mail address, personal information or purchase preferences with other companies or individuals. Period!

When you browse WoodJits our Web server does not automatically recognize any information regarding your domain or e-mail address.

Where we offer a service for you to sign-up to receive email from us regarding new products and information about WoodJits or Winntec Ventures Canada this E-mail from us is optional. Let us know at any time if you do not want to receive our e-mail, we have an Unsubscribe option - which, incidentally, works!

We build our business by providing high quality products with exceptional customer service.
We don't generate income by selling personal information. Any information we do collect is only used to improve your shopping experience at WoodJits.
Our Tell a Friend option is also your business not ours we don't capture that information either.

We offer you 3 ways to order with us:

1.	Online. Order directly on the site using our Secure Checkout. We use a Secure Certified Shopping Cart on our site and accept VISA and MasterCard directly we also offer paying through PayPal where you can use your PayPal account or your Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover).
2.	By Phone. Call Toll Free 1 877 422-0242. Have your personal information at hand, credit card and shipping address. When ordering by phone we can accept either VISA or Mastercard.
3.	By Mail using a personal Check. Just print out the order form once you've entered your billing and shipping information, enclose your check and mail it to us. We cannot ship the goods until your check clears, approximately 5-8 business days.

In all instances we will have name, address, phone number and email information which we need to have for shipping and our own financial audit purposes - it is kept on our Ordering System Secure Server which is security checked every day by an independent security auditor.

You are our business and we understand your interest is privacy and we believe you have enough things on your mind without worrying about how we will use your data, so rest assured, it's in good hands and going nowhere.

All ordering information is done on a certified, secured and daily tested third party site which uses upto 256bit SSL to secure your information and ensure that we and you have a safe place to do business by securing the information exchange between us and you from other servers that process your credit card and between all parts of the behind the scenes internet computers and systems.

SSL is the World Standard for Web Security and stands for Secure Sockets Layer.
