We offer Shipping Direct to Your Door straight off the site if the destination is within the Continental USA (contiguous 48 states) and Canada.
Pricing on this site for all destinations is quoted in US Dollars. There is a $5.00 Handling charge for all orders under $35.00,
Orders Over $35 - No Handling Charge.

We use US Priority Postal Service or UPS for shipping options.

Shipping times are from 4 to 12 business days depending on where you are and which shipping method you choose.

Ordering

Continental USA.
At this time no taxes apply to products shipped within the USA.

Canada.
If you live in Canada you have to pay the tax man GST in all provinces and HST in Atlantic Canada it will be collected by the delivery agent (Canada Post or UPS) generally at time of delivery.
Brokerage/Fees
Shipping "Made in Vermont" products to Canada via US Postal Services may also cost an additional $5-$10 GST processing fee paid at the time of delivery.
Using UPS may result in over $35 in brokerage fees that will be collected at delivery - we do not advise using UPS! Default is USPS Priority International.

Hawaii & Alaska.
Please Email for a quote for shipping prior to placing your order with details of the products you're interested in and the ship to address. Unfortunately there could be additional ship fees.

Europe/International.
The products we sell have been shipped worldwide but additional shipping fees will apply so we do not offer direct ordering off the site at this time. Please Email us with the products you're interested in also the ship to address and we'll get a quotation to you.

Shipping Damage.
All our products are packed securely however in the event of shipping damage please follow these instructions:
There is only a 24 hour window after delivery to file insurance claims with the shipping agency - Call us Immediately: 877 422-0242!
We cannot be liable for any damage not reported within that timeframe. If possible photograph any damage and email to us as supporting evidence.
